Take money from the NDC and feature Sark if you think you were cheated – Captain Planet tells Kuami Eugene(VIDEO).

11/11/2020

A former member of the 4×4 music group, Captain Planet has issued his concern about Kuami Eugene’s grievances over his latest song with Sarkodie titled ”Happy Day”.

The song which many people think is an indirect endorsement to the Akuffo Addo led administration has however received massive airplay nationwide.

Meanwhile, Kuami Eugene who was featured on the song has said that Sarkodie didn’t inform him he was going to endorse President Akufo Addo in the song.

“Sarkodie only sent me the first verse of his rap which did not contain the endorsement for Nana Addo to aid me to do the chorus,” he said in an interview last week. “It was only at the video shoot that we got to know of the second verse, we confronted Sark’s management, and they denied. I am uncomfortable, I still don’t know Sarkodie’s motive for the song. It will have an effect on my career, I wasn’t ready to vouch for any political party openly….it will not end here.” Kuami Eugene said in an interview.

Reacting to the matter, Captain planet has aired his views saying,” Sarkodie has the right to publicly endorse any political party of his choice as long as he is a law-abiding citizen. No one should humiliate or abuse anyone. He has the right to support any political party of his choice,” he told Abeiku Santana.
