General Secretary of the Opposition NDC has started his Jubilation in the premises of Parliament after news broke that Alban Bagbin has been elected Speaker.
Vibeweek spotted him together with his deputy and some Members of Parliament who are witnessing proceedings in Parliament as they elect Speaker.
