A man has shamelessly been caught red-handed stealing soap meant to be used for handwashing by some patrons who visits the shop due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
In a video sighted, the young man faked to be washing his hands after he spotted the soap on top of a Veronica bucket at the front of a workplace.
Spending a few seconds and making sure ‘all was clear’, he picked the liquid soap and placed it immediately in his bag.
However, he wasn’t able to run away with it as he was caught hands down by one worker in front of the shop.
He pleaded and handed over the soap before running away.
Many people were of the view that he should have been arrested and handed over to authorities.
