Ghanaian versatile footballer Michael Essien celebrates his 38th birthday today.
Essian is been recognized as one of Chelsea’s greatest midfielders, he made 168 premier league appearances for the English club and scored 17 goals.
From 2005 to 2014, Essien won 2 premier league titles, 4 FA cups, 1 champions league and 1 league cup with Chelsea.
The English premier league celebrated Essien’s birthday with his classic long range goal scored against Arsenal in the premier league in 2006.
