Globally, at least 2 billion people use a drinking water source contaminated with. Those left behind without safe water suffer the worst health consequences.

Billions still lack access to safe water & sanitation, often bc of obstacles like discrimination & poverty. This isn’t merely a development emergency, it’s a human rights failure. Let’s overcome exclusion & inequality to achieve the human right to water for all.

Health Food Security Livelihood Safe water is essential for these basic human rights. If people can’t enjoy their right to water, they can’t enjoy their right to life. We must step up our efforts to ensure safe drinking water & sanitation for all.
