Steve Harvey has always brought his A-Game to thrill viewers ever since he joined the show in 2010, taking over from Actor John O’Hurley.
Comedian and Entertainer, Steve Harvey who makes $9 Million from ‘Family Feud’ every year, used the ‘Year of Return‘ as catalyst to bring the popular Game show to the Ghanaian audience. The Millionaire Comedian and TV Host is reported paid an annual salary of $45 Million according to Showbiz Cleansheet.
Steve Harvey will have no regret bringing the award winning game show to Ghana. The US TV icon touched down in Accra, Ghana in August, 2019 for a visit as part of the ‘Year of Return’. He also use the avenue to promote ‘Family Feud Africa’. Family Feud Africa is a franchise of Family Feud produced by Wanderlust Productions since 2010.
The 2 times Emmy Award winning show will premiere its second season on Ghana’s TV3 this Oct. 31 at exactly 9:00GMT.

Family Feud Ghana Season One
In its first Season, the show met some few challenges. The most notable was the fact that it was competing for the same eye balls with another game show ‘Date Rush’. Date Rush, during this time was the most trending game show on Twitter. This resulted in the boosting the show’s viewership. Date Rush Season 3 has gone on to become TV3 MOST WATCHED TV SHOW, praise to social media for spearheading that sharp rise in viewership.
‘Family Feud’ comes in again with little or no competition in its genre of game shows.
