Medikal’s former girlfriend, Sister Derby looks all sassy in her new photo posted Friday.
She always looks as beautiful as always with her cute mouth, beautiful face and sexy body but there is one thing Social Media users are talking about.
She posted a Photo where she was almost N@ked, eventhough her top looked covered with her long blouse.
She wore a netted cloth in replacement of a p@nt probably to tease Medikal, as he has frequently been her target after he married Fella Makafui, few months ago.

It is no news that Fella and Medikal are currently on a long-standing a bit similar to Sarkodie and Shatta Wale.
However, Fella Makafui recently released 2 hit songs to punch Sister Derby in the face. The ‘Over’ and ‘No Size’. Prior to that, Derby wished Medikal a happy birthday with a caption “Happy Birthday Sweet Ex’ which went viral. The tone of the message did not go down well with Medikal who responded in a verse on a song, where Fella followed with the Two songs, ‘Over’ and ‘No Size’.
