Jamaican Dancehall Artiste, Popcaan was spotted smoking ‘Wee’ infront of Ghana Police officers, when he visited the country recently.
Popcaan visited Ghana as part of the ‘Year of Return’ initiative by the Ministry of Tourism. As part of his visit to the country, the Jamaican star visited the Cape Coast Castle as well as other historical places in Ghana.
However, the 31 years old Jamaican Singer broke the law in front of law enforcers in Ghana. He was spotted smoking indian hemp commonly known in Ghana as ‘Wee’, which is illegal according to the law.
Few days after his visit, social media users have started raising concerns.
