As communicated earlier that the official launch of the maiden edition of Obuasi Entertainment Awards would take place on 12th April, 2020 has been postponed.
The reason for the postponement is basically due to the outbreak of coronavirus which has led to some restrictions on social gathering.
In a press statement, the organisers of the awards expressed their regrets on the sudden postponement but it is in the best interest of all stakeholders that such decision was taken.
According to the organisers, the new date for the launching will be announced in due time as soon as possible.
All stakeholders are advised to adhere to the major precautionary measures and be safe from this pandemic virus that the world is facing now.
However, the organisers have drafted the major precautionary measures which should be observed by all so we can eradicate the virus.
