Veteran Ghanaian rapper, Obrafour has finally taken the bull by the horn as he sues Ayisha Modi for making false claims against him few weeks ago.
According to gathered reports, the music enthusiast, Delay and the entire production team of Delay show have been sued by Obrafour. Delay is involved because Obrafour believes he gave Ayisha the forum to speak
If you would recall, Ayisha asserted on the Delay Show some months ago that she invested $45,000 in Obrafour’s ‘Kasiebo’ project.
As good as Obrafour is, he gave Ayisha Modi the opportunity to retract her statement but pride took over her body and she refused to do so.
In a writ of summons sighted by vibeweek.com, Obrafour is demanding a retraction and apology from Ayisha Modi, the host and producers of the Delay Show. These he demanded to be published in the Daily Graphic Newspaper.
They would have to pay damages of GHS 800, 000 following proceedings at the court.
