Nollywood actress and movie producer, Funke Akindele , more popularly known as Jenifa has lost her father.
She announced her father’s death on Monday via her Instagram account.
She wrote:
“Dad!!! May your soul Rest in Peace!! I tried Dad! I did!! We love you but God knows best!!! #iwishicanturnbackthehandsoftime.”
Since the announcement, other celebrities, fans, and well wishers have been dropping their condolence messages on her page.
We understand Funke’s father is a retired school principal was from Ikorodu, in Lagos State. Funke is the second of the man’s three children, two girls and one boy.
