NDC holds Vigil in honor of Rawlings; Nana Konadu missing (Photos)

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has held a vigil in honor of their late founder, Jerry John Rawlings who died on Thursday.

The event which was held at the Kwame Nkrumah Water Park Fountain in Accra brought together thousands of party faithfuls.

Wife of the Former President, Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings and 2 of her children, Amina and Yaa Asantewaa were missing at the event.

However, Dr Zanetor Rawlings and Rawlings’ youngest son, Kimathi were at the event to give a speech regarding the legacy of their late father and Ghanaian leader.

The Late Jerry John Rawlings died at the Korle-bu Teaching Hospital in Accra on Thursday, Nov.12. According to media reports the former Ghanaian leader died of COVID-19.

However, others have reported that JJ Rawlings died of Heart complications.
