With an active pastoral ministry spanning over 23 years, Dr. Michael Boadi Nyamekye has immense experience in managing both the spiritual and physical needs of diverse people.
He started The Maker’s House in 2013 and currently has a registered member-ship of over 5000. The church numbers as one of the fastest growing churches in Ghana with branches in the United Kingdom, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia and Sierra Leone.
Having an acute focus on excellence and knowledge of corporate workings, the church has become an enviable template of a well-run church institution and a reference point for service excellence and best practice. In addition to counseling, teaching and leading his members, he also takes an active role in shaping the lives ofthe many young people who fellowship at The Maker’s House.
With a strong interest in academia, Dr. Boadi Nyamekye holds two doctorate degrees in Business Administration and Marketing. He also holds three master’s degrees. He lectures at the Graduate School of the University of Professional Studies specifically in Strategic Management and Marketing. He has authored three books and a devotional.
With an in-depth knowledge on issues ranging from social matters, religious, national and economic policies, he has become a favorite guest speaker on radio and television.
He is the host of Destiny Word on Starr fm, GHone Tv, Praise Tv, UTV, Angel TV, OCEAN1 TV and Zoe Tv, reaching millions with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Dr. Boadi Nyamekye is the Group CEO of the Blackcurrant Group of Companies.
He sits on the Board of several companies and consults for many more. He is married to Lady Yaa Achia with four children and an ardent football fan
