Iker Casillas will move to the Porto backroom staff ahead of the new season.
The legendary goalkeeper suffered a heart attack in May and there had been reports that he would retire.
However, the 38-year-old will join the Porto backroom staff while he completes his rehabilitation.
Whether or not the goalkeeper will return to action remains to be seen.
