Kweku Smoke joins Beef, Tears Shatta Wale, Ball J and Asem apart in new song ‘King Dave’ | Listen

Ghanaian rapper Kweku Smoke has jumped to defend rap in Ghana and other rappers who are ‘disrespecting’ Sarkodie.

The ‘Yedin’ rapper joins other rappers to ‘fight’ Shatta Wale on his comments about rap in Ghana.

Ball J and Asem had already release diss songs to Sarkodie for claiming to be the king of rap.

On Tuesday, Shatta Wale in an interview with TV3 Ghana stated that he blames Reggie Rockstone for bringing rap to Ghana and that he has not even made any impact with rap in Ghana.

The Dancehall artist’s statement came after Rapper Sarkodie had released Sub Zero which was directed to Rappers and some accusations raised against him.

According to Shatta Wale, Sub Zero was a diss song to him, and expressed his disappointment in Sarkodie for releasing diss song to him when people are dying from Covid-19.

Since Shatta Wale’s ‘disrespectful’ statement about rap and Reggie Rockstone came out, Many rappers including kwaw Kese, Yaa pono and others have reacted.

Kweku Smoke adds his voice to the trending issues in new song titled King Dave.
