‘The African Mermaid’ Sister Derby after she wished Mr Frimpong (Medikal) on his birthday with “My Sweet Ex’ caption has landed herself in a serious social media backlash.
Though a relatively large fragment of people on social media commended her for showing maturity, whiles others also condemned the picture she used in wishing Medikal on his birthday as it was wrong considering the fact that Medikal is now a married man and deserves some respect.
The socialite, Sister Derby after receiving the troll has reacted to the above in a phone-in interview with ace broadcaster Abeiku Santana on Okay Fm; saying she didn’t see anything wrong with the picture she posted as it was the only nice picture of them in her gallery.
Adding that her fans pressured her to wish him, as she was not so ready, and with that picture being the only one left she had to post because she saw nothing wrong with it
She went further to state that If indeed it was wrong for her to post that , then Medikal shouldn’t have dated her or cheated on her before getting married
