Most African leaders have congratulated the President-elect, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo after he was declared the winner of the 2020 general elections.
Akufo Addo was elected by Ghanaians for another term in office after a successful first term.
However, his first term last until January, 7 when he will be sworn into office to begin his second term.
Following his declaration, several African leaders who have strong ties with the President have sent in their congratulatory remarks.
