Award winning Ghanaian Dancehall Artiste Shatta Wale has been accused by a Nigerian singer for stealing his concept.
A Nigerian singer called Danlil has exposed Shatta Wale for ‘stealing’ the concept behind his unreleased ‘Mansa Musa‘ song.
According to Danlil, he posted the artwork of his song titled Mansa Musa on 16 November 2019 but later decided to release the song in 2020 due to some reasons.
Ghana, your favourite artist is a thief he posted with his official artwork shared on 16 November 2019.
Fast forward 2020, Shatta Wale dropped a similar art cover with the same song title ‘Mansa Musa‘ which features Jamaican artist Vybz Kartel.

Angry Danlil reposted Shatta Wale’s artcover with the caption
“Never again will a release a song tittle in anticipation, last year November 2019 I recorded a song and titled it Mansa musa,I did a broadcast in anticipation and later did another broadcast that I was gonna release this song(Mansa musa) this 2020 which I was already getting ready to drop and to my greatest surprise now some artist in ghana is dropping this same song with same art work,if I choose to drop mine immediately after this I probably will look like a copy cat right, well thanks to any link that got this artist know about this song title because no musician in Africa ever dropped a song with this title, and I do not have this artist(Shatta wale) on my list,so anyone who got that licked to him Goodluck and I hope you get well paid”
