Veteran Actor, Fred Amugi known for his Tyrant roles in most of his movies finally got emotional when Nana Ama Mcbrown surprised him Live on TV.
The show ‘United Showbiz’ which was solely dedicated to the veteran Actor, 71, who has contributed positively to the development of the Ghana Movie Industry, highlighted great moments in the past, his early beginning and some of his major achievements.
Nana Ama Mcbrown who shared her experience when working with Fred Amugi said “he is selfless and discipline in his job as Actor”. She later ended her conversation with a gift of 5,000 Cedis, a four door freezer and a 65″ UHD TV from HiSense.
She noted “We won’t wait for you to die before we celebrate a legend like you, you made me who I am today and a lot of other great movie makers and together with Fadda Dickson and the entire UTV, this 5,000 cedis is for you, Uncle Fred”
Fred Amugi was speechless with what he has witnessed, the unexpected nature of the gifts and all the testimonies his other colleagues have shared. Tears rolled down his face as he received the cash and said “I am speechless, and I do not know what to say”.
She therefore hugged Nana Ama Mcbrown and on behalf of Fred Amugi, Movie Director/Actor, Ken Fiati thanked Nana Ama Mcbrown and the entire UTV Team for the amazing surprise.
