One of the most popular award winning and best movie directors in Ghana known for directing and producing most movies, Jackson Kweku Bentum has brought to light what really happened between movie players and the legendary Agya Koo.
In an interview on Cheers TV with Henry Henz, the producer made it clear that the industry needed to plan the survival of the industry after Agya Koo and to also meet the changing needs of viewers and not to sideline him from the industry.
Accordimg to the director, the industry had to learn from what happened after the unfortunate demise of Bob Santo which led to the fall of the Ghanaian movie industry because there was no such plan.

Ghana’s movie industry has since the initiated plan experience transformations and unleashed many talents from Mercy Asiedu, Akrobeto, Kwaku Manu through to Liwin and many others.
