The number of coronavirus cases recorded in the country has once again shot up from 15,834 on June 27, 2020, to 16,431 within 24 hours with 597 new cases.
Per the new updates by the Ghana Health Service, the number of recoveries and discharges have also seen a boost as 502 infected persons have either been declared coronavirus-free or been discharged moving the number from 11,755 to 12,257.
