The Chief Justice Her Ladyship has directed that the Circuit and District Court at Aflao be closed down with effect from 31st March 2019.
According to her, all cases (pending) at Aflao Circuit court were transferred to the Keta circuit court and also all cases (pending) at Aflao District court were transferred to Agbozume District court with effect from 1st April 2019.
The workers were also transferred and reasons for the move was stated.
- The environment is not conducive for her workers.
- Noises from the public distract there activities .
- Dust coming from long vehicles,cars and motor bikes who used Diamond cement road.
They even indicated that one of their cleark was admitted at hospital due to dust coming from road.
