Juventus have confirmed the appointment of Maurizio Sarri on a three-year deal.
The Italian leaves Chelsea for the Bianconeri after a solitary season at Stamford Bridge.
Despite opposition from a section of the Blues support, Sarri led them back to the Champions League with a third-placed finish and won the Europa League during his time in west London.
He also reached the final of the Capital One Cup, where Chelsea were beaten on penalties by Manchester City.
Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia said: “In talks we had following the Europa League final, Maurizio made it clear how strongly he desired to return to his native country, explaining that his reasons for wanting to return to work in Italy were significant.
