Management of Ghana Premier league giant, Kumasi Asante Kotoko have finally revealed new temporal home Stadium after Baba Yara Stadium closure.
Following the closure of the Baba Yara stadium, Asante Kotoko have opted Accra Sports Stadium as their new home for the Ghana Premier League.
Management further stated that their FA cup match with division 1 side Desportivo will be played in Obuasi at the Len Clay stadium.
National Sports Authority (NSA) released a statement on 17th February that Kotoko and King Faisal should vacate the Staduim temporally for renovation ahead of Ghana’s 63rd independence parade at the stadium.
Renovation will continue after the Independence parade to bring the Stadium back to a good shape since it has not been renovated since 2008.
The overall renovation is expected to be done around October 2020.
