President Akufo Addo and John Mahama have signed the Presidential Elections Peace Pact 2020 at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra.
The Election Peace Pact seeks to eradicate election related violence ahead of the upcoming general elections which is expected to take place on Monday, Dec. 7, across the length and breadth of the country.
With election observers including the former President of Liberia, Johnson Ellen Sirleaf in attendance, as well as other foreign diplomats such as the UK High Commissioner to Ghana, Iain Walker and others, the event witness a lot of important dignitaries in Ghana and across the world.
The Presidential Elections Peace Pact was hosted by the National Peace Council together with IDEG Ghana.
