The 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season will commence in December after thorough deliberation with stakeholders, vibeweek.com can confirm.
The new season which will have eighteen(18) clubs trade in the country’s elite division, Ghana Premier League is set to kickoff come December 21, 2019 at the various league centers.
Following a successful elections which added, Accra Great Olympics and Kumasi King Faisal to the top flight, all Premier League clubs are expected to look ready for the new season latest by 20th December 2019.
Calendar for the 2019/2020 season
The league though was slated for mid-December but has been changed due to the formation of new Club Licensing board who will inspect the various stadias to ensure it has a standard and well behaved surrounding conducive for football.
