Dr UN has been granted bail on condition that he goes for a mental checkup before hearing.
According to Asokore Mampong District Court, presided over by Her Ladyship Portia Molly, the controversial Event organiser needs to be in a good mental shape to understand court proceedings clearly.
Dr UN was arrested in Kumasi during an interview at Hello FM weeks ago.
However, details of his arrest is currently unknown as rumors suggest he was arrested based on some fraudulent activities.
Few hours after his arrest, a video popped up online where he was seen having fun with some cellmate.
Dr UN was the most topical individual in the Entertainment scene months ago, when he awarded top Ghanaian public figures and Celebrities. It was later reported the awards were fake, after UN came out to deny their affiliation with the scheme.
Some known Ghanaian personalities including; Sarkodie, Alban Bagbin, D. Black and others were awarded during an event purported to be sponsored by the UN was held at the Alisa Hotel in Accra.
