The President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will on Sunday address the Nation on measures taken to minimize the spread of coronavirus in Ghana.
This will be the 7th address to the Nation on coronavirus.
Already, the President has but restrictions on public gatherings including ban on Church and mosque meetings for over a month now.
Residents at Greater Accra and Kumasi have also been lockdown for 3 weeks now, of which is expected of the president to speak of their faith now, whether it will be extended or not.
According to a statement by the Ministry of information, President Akufo-Addo will address the Nation on Sunday and that the actual time will be communicated later.

Ghana as at 18th April have recorded 834 positive Covid-19 cases with 99 recoveries and unfortunately 9 deaths.
Ghana is the second highest testing country in Africa with over 60,000 tests so far behind South Africa.
