Barcelona attacker Ousmane Dembéle has successfully undergone surgery in Turku, Finland where he was operated on by Dr. Lasse Lempainen for a ruptured tendon in his proximal hamstring in his right thigh.
After his surgery, the Spanish giant Barcelona have confirmed that the Frenchman will be out for around 6 months.
This is the Ousmane Dembele’s 9th injury since joining Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund and has missed 63 official games for the Laliga Champions.
The 2018 world cup winner, moved to Barcelona in 2017 and has played 51 games scoring 12 goals.
Barcelona are yet to enjoy the full potential of the Frenchman due to injury.
