Hon. Aponkye has expressed his disappointment in the Electoral Commission for delaying a polling station results at the Adukrom Nima Electoral Area in the District Assembly Elections, Tuesday.
In a statement sighted by vibeweek reporters, the trending Assembly Member aspirant seem to be dissappointed but still holds the courage that he is in a comfortable lead, thereby calling on his sympathizers to remain calm because he has emerged as the leader in all except one polling station.
He further vowed that if the Electoral Commission dares to announce someone as the winner, he will be forced to seek recourse of the law even at the International Court.

It has earlier been reported that Honorable Aponkye was jubilating after sighting results of just one polling station, joining his supporters to hit the street in a victory procession.
Few minutes later, Hon. Aponkye was trending on Social Media as some of his sympathizers were seen flooding various platforms with congratulatory messages to him. Few hours into the counting, Honorable Aponkye was reportedly loosing marginally to another keen opponent Hon. Abdul Rashid and two other opponents.
