Ghana confirmed that it has recorded two positive cases of the deadly coronavirus in the country on Thursday, March 12, 2020.
Health Minister, Kwaku Agyemang-Manu and Information Minister, Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah made the announcement Thursday night.

1. According to Citi News, one of the two persons who have tested positive of the deadly coronavirus is a senior official of the Norwegian Embassy in Ghana.
2. The other person is a Ghanaian who returned to Ghana from Turkey.
3. The two are both males who arrived at the Kotoka International Airport a week ago.
4. The two patients are stable and have been kept in isolation.
