Hurray! ‘Stars of the Century’ hit New Edubiase this 2020

04/02/2020

This December, New Edubiase and its environs shall witness the very best of Entertainment as new show hits the Adansi Area.

The event ‘Stars of the Century‘ is a rebranded version of an already existing event ‘Talented Kidz (Adansi Version)‘ which has been going on for 7 years now.

Talented Kidz (Adansi Version) has contributed to the success of Samuel Owusu (Yung King Clef), winner of TV3 Talented Kidz Season 9. Samuel won the show in 2016 at New Edubiase, before joining the TV3 Talented Kidz train, and then subsequently coming out as the ultimate winner in the Nationwide contest.

In its 8th year, the Organizing Team has pledged to expand the event to cover younger adults as well as other additions to improve the event quality.

In an exclusive interview with head of the organizing team, Sylvester Owusu, the young event co-ordinator stated “Stars of the Century’ will discover talents between 8-19 years. This is an expansion from the previous 7-12 years during the Talented Kidz era”

He went on to explain the reason for the changes that “there are new crop of talents emerging from the ages we did not cover earlier. This is the basic reason why we had to change the name from Talented Kids, because right now we are not looking for kids anymore“. He ended with “We are looking for grown ups too“.

Products from the show will make their way to become Global Superstars. Winners and hardworking contestants will get the privilege to be groomed for TV3 Talented Kidz, TV3 Mentor, MTN Hitmaker, Nsromma among several others.
