Organizers of the Social Media Music Awards launched few months ago have unveiled nominees list for the maiden edition of the awards show.
Samuel Owusu A.k.a Yung King Clef was nominated for 3 categories including hiphop song of the year for his hit single “State Of Affairs”.
The most amazing story to take out of the announcement last Monday, was the 12 years old rapper, Samuel Owusu who recently won TV3 Talented Kidz Season 9 last May.
The young rapper is competing with chart topping Artists like Sarkodie, Strongman, Kwesi Arthur among others for Best Rapper of the year.
He was also nominated for Most Promising Artist of the year
Samuel Owusu has been one of the most hardworking young artist coming out of a reality show. He has released three songs after winning the popular reality show last May.
He has appeared on several platforms and event across the country after winning the show, most notably amongst them are S Concert, Afrima Awards, FunnyFace fun festival, Bambini funfair at the Children’s Park, TV3 Kidz Fun Tour, Headlline Artist for shows at Nzema, Obuasi and Ho.
