As the nationwide Voters Registration exercise being undertaken by Ghana’s Electoral Commission (EC) officially ends today Thursday, August 6, 2020, Ghanaian Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has performed his civic duty by going through the registration process to get his voters identification card.

In a video sighted by sammykaymedia.com, the SM boss was mobbed at the registration center as he got to the registration centre.

After going through the process to acquire his voters identification card, he sprayed cash at fans on his way back from the registration centre, a usual gesture he does for fans at public places.

Despite the official end to the voters registration is today 6th August, 2020, a mop-up exercise will be done by the EC on Saturday, August 8 and Sunday, August 9, 2020.
