Obuasi Entertainment awards is organised to honour and motivate hard working musicians within Obuasi and it environs.
This is the first of it kind to happen inside Obuasi, the awards scheme will not only honor musicians but producers and other entertainment players as well.

The official date for the launching of the awards is slated for 12th April 2020 inside Cofkans Hotel 3:30pm exactly.
At the launching, the various categories of the awards will be announced and and date for picking forms for nominations as well as all necessary requirements to participate in the awards will be known.
Knowledgeable personalities in the world of entertainment are lined up to speak at the launching and to also give advice on now to carry out music as a career.
