As part of measures to help combat the deadly Coronavirus Pandemic, CEO of Despite Group of Companies, Dr Osei Kwame Despite and his brother have donated to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
Together, the two Business Executives donated a whooping $100,000 dollars to the management of the hospital, Friday.
In a video sighted by Vibeweek.com on UTV, the head of Hello FM, Sampson Kwame Nyamekye together with staffs of Despite Media donated physical cash to the Ashanti Regional Minister, Simon Osei Mensah on their behalf.
The funds will help the hospital procure the neccesary materials needed to help treat patients who have contracted the COVID-19 diseases in the Ashanti Region.
In their statement read by their representative whose name was not disclosed, they said “God should bless Ghana and relieve us quickly from the deadly Coronavirus pandemic“
