Vogue cornered makeup Guru and Entrepreneur, Kylie Jenner recently. The billionaire makeup guru talks about her perception of makeup. She also talks about her perception of beauty.

Kylie Jenner says makeup transforms her into a different kind of mood; she feels even more confident transforming her look to suit her mood.

“Makeup is sort of like an art form to me. Being able to just express myself; be creative. It is very very fun, but it is also challenging,” Kylie Jenner says in the video.

Kylie mentioned how she is not a static creative. Sometimes, she is into certain colours and in like a week, her desire changes to something else.

She acknowledged that she did not create makeup. But she does enjoy making her own.

The world’s most expensive perfume launches in Dubai

Dubai has always been synonymous with luxury and it is now home to the world’s most expensive perfume. The ‘royal’ perfume Shumukh is embellished with diamonds, pearls and gold and costs a whopping $1.29 million.


The perfume is for both men and women and lasts for 12 hours. It has been created from organic materials like imported sandalwood, musk, Turkish rose, Patchouli, Ylang-Ylang and pure Indian agarwood.
Its bottle has been crafted with 3,571 diamonds, topaz, 18 karat gold and pure silver, reported Cosmopolitan.

A product of The Spirit of Dubai Parfums, it has been designed by Asghar Adam Al and holds Guinness World Record titles for the ‘most diamonds set on a perfume bottle’ and the ‘tallest remote-controlled fragrance spray product’.


Shumukh translates to ‘deserving the highest’ in Arabic. It is being exhibited at Fashion Avenue at the Dubai Mall till March 30.

Lupita Nyong’o makes a Statement in Print at the 2019 SXSW Festival

Hollywood actress Lupita Nyong’o is currently at the 2019 SXSW Festival at the Paramount Theatre in Austin, Texas.

Yesterday, the movie star stepped out at the festival to promote her movie Little Monsters.

In the film, Lupita plays a kindergarten teacher who needs to protect her students from a zombie apocalypse. Her character then sings “Shake It Off” by Taylor Swift while playing the ukulele to keep the kids calm.

For the event, Lupita is gorgeous in a mixed-patterned dress. The dress was multicolored with vivid colours and floral patterns and a leopard-skin scarf. She accessorized with a matching purse and pointed heels.

This weekend, Lupita also promoted Us, another film that debuted at the festival from Get Outfilmmaker Jordan Peele.
